Return & Exchange

We value quality and customer satisfaction above all else. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with its tags still attached.

*Note: Shipping fees apply. Repaired items are not eligible for return or exchange. All marked down items are considered final sale.

Return & Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.

Once approved, (a) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Paypal or the original method of payment or (b) your exchanged will be shipped out to you within a 1-2 weeks.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail the item to House of Laurel  (6013 Villena, corner Manalac, Makati, 1210 Metro Manila).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
